By accessing or using Bob Hub ("the Service"), which comprises the Pitchcraft analysis tools, the Screening Room and WolfOut Rankings, operated by Bob Schultz ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Pitchcraft provides automated analysis of screenwriting pitch documents, including loglines, one-pagers, synopses, writer bios, and full script coverage. Analysis is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended as educational and developmental feedback only. Pitchcraft is not a literary agency, management company, production company, or talent representation service.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to Bob Hub. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your loglines, synopses, one-pagers, bios, screenplays, or any other materials you upload or paste into the Service. Your submissions are used solely to generate your requested analysis and are not shared with, sold to, or made available to any third party.
Your submissions are never used to train any artificial intelligence model. They are processed in real time to produce your analysis, and that is the full extent of their use. For further detail on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Statement.
All analysis, scores, feedback, and suggestions provided by Pitchcraft are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or subjective assessments that differ from the opinions of human readers, industry professionals, or other AI systems.
Pitchcraft analysis is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. Analysis results do not constitute professional screenplay consulting, literary representation, or any guarantee of commercial viability or creative quality.
You should not rely solely on Pitchcraft analysis when making decisions about your creative work or career. We strongly recommend seeking feedback from qualified human professionals in addition to using this tool.
You agree not to: submit content you do not own or have the right to submit; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service; submit content that is obscene, defamatory, or that infringes upon the rights of others; or interfere with the operation of the Service or the experience of other users.
Pitchcraft offers both one-time purchases and monthly subscriptions. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the current subscription rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect active billing periods.
Certain features of the Service are available at no cost, subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue free features at any time without notice. Free analyses may provide a limited preview of results, with full results available through paid access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bob Hub, its owner, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or damage to reputation, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bob Hub and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Statement, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in that document.
We aim to keep Bob Hub available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.
Bob Hub relies on third-party services including, but not limited to, Anthropic (AI analysis), Stripe (payment processing), Firebase (authentication and data storage), and Netlify (hosting). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms and conditions of these providers.
We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or permanently remove your account and all associated data at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. This includes, but is not limited to: abuse of the platform, attempts to circumvent payment systems or access controls, excessive automated requests, sharing account credentials, or any activity that places an unreasonable burden on the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any remaining credits or subscription time are forfeited.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bob Hub regarding your use of the Service. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
